North American orders are dispatched by United Parcel Services (UPS).
Actual shipping rates are dependent upon destination and are charged at cost.
Mainland UK orders are shipped by UPS. Standard next working day delivery is £15.00 per shipment.
Timed delivery (e.g. pre10:00AM) is available at extra cost.
All other regions are shipped by UPS two day service unless otherwise requested
and charged at the published UPS rate.
